A bad hair day is not the end of the world...
This post is about food and how it has such a high place in so many people's lives when it really shouldn't.
This week I wanted to share with you an observation I made a few weeks ago about the animal kingdom and it's simplicity and how that relates to us.
This post is about trying to remember to not get stuck in the "then" while waiting for the "what's to come" continually living and serving in the "in between."
"Use your words." If you are a parent, older sibling, have babysat or maybe have a friend that likes to "keep you guessing" on their emotional state... you have probably used this sentence (or wanted to). Do you think God ever wants to say this to us?
It is always up to us to be happy and seek after the One from whom our happiness should come first and foremost.
In today's society we see a lot of waste. Whether that's water, food, materials or our time... there are steps we can all take to reduce that waste.
We may not always understand why we are where we are... but, as long as we trust in God and that He ultimately knows what's best for us we can rest in knowing He has a plan.
The easiest thing to talk about is ourselves because we already know all of the answers... I challenge you to step out of your comfort zone.
For this week's "Wordy Wednesday" I thought that I would share a quick story with you about a silly little cake that turned into a big lesson!
