Strawberry Marriage Music Pizzookie.

“and the two shall become one flesh’; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh.” Mark 10: 8 NKJV …This week was “berry” fun!

For some reason using a verse that has the word flesh when referring to berries seems a little odd… but, it works! This week was just as crazy, fun and beautiful as any other. Here are some highlights!
Keeping with the Mark 10: 8 theme here my friend from high school got married yesterday. It is always happy when God brings two people together. God has a plan and someone perfect for your life as well. Maybe you’ve already found them, maybe God is still working on you, either way be patient and enjoy every second of the wonderful journey He has you on.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.” 1 Corinthians 13: 4-5

On another note (you’ll see why that’s funny in just a second…) joining in with my piano lessons this week I picked up a ukulele! I certainly do not plan on setting it down anytime soon. I love it so much. I am so grateful that I have a musically talented brother who is willing to teach me! I’ll keep you posted on that one. But, just remember you can always, always, always learn something new. You are never “too old” or “too young” or “too cool” or x,y,z if you are interested and passionate about it. Go for it!

Philippians 4: 13 NKJV

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

“You strum away on your harps like David and improvise on musical instruments.” Amos 6: 5 NIV

Speaking of musical instruments this past week we had the honor of hosting two couples and one of the couples had a daughter. The daughter played guitar and sang a song for us that she wrote and it was absolutely lovely. Her parents are the founders of Plurway Ministries. This amazing organization goes to all of the raves, clubs, you name it and acts as a loving parent sharing comfort, advice and most importantly God’s love to those who are lost, scared, overdosing or maybe just need someone to talk to. Check them out and make sure to show them support and love! @ http://www.plurway.com
